2. Eligibility for Refund
2.1 Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
a. Overpayment: In the event of accidental overpayment, we will promptly refund the excess amount.
b. Service Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services, a full refund will be provided.
c. Dissatisfaction: Refunds may be considered in cases of client dissatisfaction, subject to the conditions outlined in section 3.
3. Dissatisfaction and Refund Requests
3.1 Clients seeking a refund due to dissatisfaction must submit a detailed written request outlining the specific reasons for their dissatisfaction.
3.2 Refund requests based on dissatisfaction will be considered within15 days from the date of service completion.

3.4 Refunds for dissatisfaction will only be granted if Future Finger Technologies determines that the services provided did not meet the agreed specifications or were significantly deficient.
4. Exclusions from Refund
4.1 Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
a. Client changes to project requirements after the commencement of services.
b. Delays caused by client actions or inaction.
c. Failure to meet deadlines due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., force majeure events, acts of nature, etc.).
5. Refund Process
5.1 Upon approval of a refund request, Future Finger Technologies will process the refund within 7 Days using the original payment method.
5.2 Clients will be notified of the refund approval and the expected timeline for processing.
