Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By engaging in our IT services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 The scope of services provided by Future Finger Technologies is outlined in the agreed-upon contract or statement of work.
2.2 Any additional services requested by the client outside the agreed scope will be subject to separate negotiations and agreement.
3. Service Fees and Payment
3.1 The client agrees to pay Future Finger Technologies the fees outlined in the contract or invoice within the agreed-upon time frame.
3.2 Late payments may be subject to interest charges or result in the suspension of services until payment is received.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement.
4.2 Future Finger Technologies may use client project details for marketing purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All intellectual property developed or used in the course of providing services shall remain the property of Future Finger Technologies unless otherwise specified in writing.
5.2 The client is granted a license to use any deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.
6. Data Security and Privacy
6.1 Future Finger Technologies agrees to implement reasonable measures to protect client data and maintain confidentiality.
6.2 The client is responsible for ensuring that all necessary permissions and consents are obtained for the use of any data provided to Future Finger Technologies.
7. Termination
7.1 Either party may terminate the engagement in the event of a material breach by the other party, subject to a cure period.
7.2 Either party may terminate the engagement without cause upon written notice within 15 Days.
8. Liability and Indemnification
8.1 Future Finger Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.
8.2 The client agrees to indemnify and hold Future Finger Technologies harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client’s use of the services.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Delhi(INDIA) Only.
9.2 Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the IT Act 2000, with the location of arbitration in Delhi(INDIA).
10. Amendments
10.1 Future Finger Technologies reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the company website.
10.2 It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
11. Entire Agreement
11.1 These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

By engaging in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
12.Declaration
I hereby declare that all the details furnished above are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. In case any of the above information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I am aware that I may be held liable for it. Document provided is a copy of Original Documents. I am giving my work and taking IT services which are mentioned above from Future Finger Technologies. All Operational work from this service is related to me. I will take remote support with Anydesk or TeamViewer from Future Finger Technologies whenever required. I am authorizing gaining Hosting, Domain, Mail ID, Server Access etc. to Future Finger Technologies. I will sign a Service Level Agreement in this regard with Future Finger Technologies.
